Pursuit of EXCELLENCE

.

All Year 11 and 12 students undertake either the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or the Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL). The VCE is the certificate that the majority of students in Victoria receive on satisfactory completion of their secondary education. The VCE provides diverse pathways to further study or training at university or TAFE and to employment. Bright P-12 College offers the following subjects in 2017: English, General Mathematics,  Further Mathematics, Math Methods, Physical Education, Health and Human Development, Psychology, German, Japanese, Chemistry, Studio Arts, Indigenous Studies, Biology, Legal Studies, Outdoor Recreation, Physics, Literature.

For more information about each of these pathways, select one of the options below:
     - VCE
     - VCAL

Also, we have developed an Alpine Careers website specifically to help our students and their families find career and pathway information. We strongly recommend all families use this as your first place to look for information. Links to many useful websites and tertiary institutes are provided. It is suitable for students from Year 9 upwards to use:
